After one week of VHSL action, its time to update the Public School Power 25. The top 12 stays in place, and three new schools enter the rankings. Nansemond River is the biggest mover from 17 to 14 after knocking off rival Western Branch with an epic seventh inning rally. Entering the rankings this week are Cosby, Hickory, and Potomac.
