Over the weekend, VISAA released its 2023 State Tournament brackets, with quarterfinal games scheduled at higher seeds on Tuesday, and their usual spectacular Championship Weekend at Shepherd Stadium Thursday night, Friday, and Saturday. 

The top seed in the 2023 Division III bracket is Walsingham Academy, who is yet again the defending State Champions. The second seed is Brunswick Academy and the 2022 runners-up, Carlisle, are lurking as the six seed with interesting first round matchup against three seed Kenston Forest.
