Today we are highlighting players for their performance at the recent Richmond Braves Scout Day.

Upperclass

Mason Coleman 2B / SS / Brookville, VA / 2026

Wiry athlete with added strength. Has feel for barrel with the ability to use the whole field.

 

 

Eric Davis OF / LHP / LOUISA COUNTY HIGH, VA / 2026

Wiry athlete with room to add strength. Simple approach with a middle to pull side approach. Run tool continues to improve.

 

 

Sam Linebaugh OF / KETTLE RUN HIGH SCH, VA / 2025

Lean, athletic frame that has shown some power to the pull side. Premium runner that can impact the game offensively and defensively. 

 

 

Jack Longest SS / 3B / King William, VA / 2025

Strong, compact frame that has a heavy barrel with strength to the pull side.

 

 

Christopher Martinez SS / CAPE HENRY COLLEGIATE SCHOOL, VA / 2026

Wiry, athlete with a premium run tool. Contact bat that uses the whole field.

 

 

Tyler Ruhl SS / RHP / EC Glass, VA / 2026

Short, quick arm from a H 3/4 slot. Throws with easy effort with the ability to land secondary for strikes.

 

 

Underclass

Harrison Davis 1B / OF / HERITAGE, VA / 2028

Long, lean frame with room to add strength. Short, quick arm from 3/4 slot that comes out of hand with good life.

 

 

Cole Goodman 2B / OF / NANSEMOND-SUFFOLK ACADEMY, VA / 2027

Compact, athletic frame. Contact bat that shows a gap to gap approach. Above average runner with position versatility.

 

 

Brock Hall 1B / C / E.C. GLASS HIGH, VA / 2027

Long, lanky frame with plenty of projection left. Short, uphill barrel path that shows a middle to pull side approach. Sneaky athleticism with some future power potential.

 

 

Evan Lee OF / LHP / CAVE SPRING HIGH, VA / 2027

Athletic mover with a short arm action from a over the top slot. Shows some pitch ability with more in the tank.

 

 

Joseph Pasowicz RHP / OF / KING WILLIAM HIGH, VA / 2028

A controlled delivery with easy effort. Shows the ability to land secondary for strikes. Lean frame with plenty of room to add strength.

 

 

Copeland Smith RHP / OF / Cape Henry, VA / 2027

Strong durable frame from a H 3/4 slot. Shows ability to land the secondary for strikes.
