Today we release an update to the 2025 class. While there is no expansion from the current Top 250, we did see some changes throughout the rankings. The fall tournament season brought in plenty of the top 2025's from across the state for our staff to evaluate. This will be one of the final significant updates, outside of the late spring/pre-draft rankings update. Below you will find a few highlighted players from inside the Top 250.

While we have highlighted some risers, as well as some standouts inside the Top 100 this week, our staff wanted to take a look at a few other seniors that left some big impressions on our staff since the last rankings update.

Caelan Goodwin-Slater (Longwood) continues to add functional strength to his frame. The arm has taken to the forefront of the profile, adding a little velo and he continues to spin it at a high clip. Two breaking balls in the mid 70's, both sitting in the 2600 RPM range and having the shape and makeup to be usable next level pitches. It is a quick, athletic arm that has a chance to take another tick up in the velo department in the near future. With Ellerts graduating at Woodbridge, Goodwin-Slater should be the frontline arm for the Vikings this spring.

Parker Codington (Princeton) is a lower miles arm that is still somewhat figuring things out on the mound, which is where the future is for the Norfolk Academy senior. 6-foot-1, 195-pound frame that has really added some solid strength. Codington is on the younger side for this 2025 class, checking in as a late June birthday and will not turn eighteen until after the draft. It is a quick, normal effort delivery with easy arm speed and easy velo. It is raw, but it is very very intriguing. Codington has been up to 92 in front of our staff, has riding life on the fastball, and has shown some upside to the mid 70's breaking ball. We think that this is an arm, that if given the time and opportunity, could see a significant jump once at the next level.

Evan Miller (Christopher Newport) has always flashed at different points, but at times has lacked consistency. Whether it be at the plate or on the mound, the Midlothian senior has made some significant gains between the lines. Once touching 84-86, Miller has shown 87-89 fairly frequently starting this summer and beyond. Miller has long possessed feel for secondary, including an above average changeup at the high school level. Positionally, Miller is a sound defender in the infield with average footspeed and more second base/third base potential when it comes to the next level. The CNU commit flashes occasional sneaky pop at the plate, but will need to show more consistent impact in order to overcome the arm first makeup right now.
