Today we release an update to the 2026 class. While there is no expansion from the current Top 175, we did see some changes throughout the rankings. The fall tournament season brought in plenty of the top 2026's from across the state for our staff to evaluate. Below you will find a few highlighted players from inside the Top 175.

+ Andrew Griffin - Great Bridge HS - OF/2B

Lean and athletic 6-foot, 156-pound frame. Versatile defender that has the footspeed to stay up the middle of the field. Line drives and doubles that work gap to gap. Griffin has above average hand and bat speed at the plate. It is a simple load with the hands and small pickup and replace to stride. There is some twitch in the hands and has shown some adjustability as counts progress, especially making adjustments in approach with two strikes.

+ Aidan Spagna - Independence HS - C

The Indy starting catcher made some big impressions last spring and carried it over into the summer. At the plate, Spagna is more upright and narrow in his stance. Has a low glide to stride before finishing in a wider base. Has done a nice job staying inside from a shorter path to contact. Spagna is a really solid receiver behind the plate and does a nice job handling his staff. The arm strength is average. Higher exchange and higher arm slot with some accuracy around the bag.

+ Randol Lachapel - Justice HS - SS

Lachapel continues to make gains, especially showing some offensive prowess at the plate. Taller setup and sinks into his back hip before striding forward and landing on line. Some slight uphill path to the swing and shows his best impact middle to pull. Has ran a few balls out this summer and fall in front of our staff, mostly impacting to the pull side. Above average bat and hand speed and still has some raw power to tap into within the 6-foot-2, 195-pound frame. Average runner and more corner/corner defensive profile.
