Overall Summary

Richland enters 2025 coming off of an incredible undefeated season, resulting in a 4A state championship. The Bombers lose many contributors from the state champion side, but also still retain several quality players. Junior OF/RHP Michael Revell continues to improve with every look. The Prep Baseball Future Games alum has run his fastball up into the low 90's and is also a quality lefty bat. Richland will get a massive boost on the mound with junior transfer RHP Deegan Quesenberry, another Future Games alum. Junior Braylon Edwards provides some nice depth on the mound as a strike thrower. Senior Carter Upmeyer returns to man shortstop, and may log innings on the mound in relief. Junior C Hayden Galloway looks to step into a larger role, and had an impressive BP showing at Prep Baseball's recent Preseason All-State event, with exit velocities up into the upper 90's. Several underclassman will have a chance to make a varsity impact for the first time this spring. The competition for positions, particularly in the infield and outfield, will be an intruiging watch. Head coach Grant Richardson is circling matchups against Hanford, Kennewick and Kamiakin as some of the standout games for the Bombers this spring. Look for Richland to build off of their championship 2024 with several new faces this season.
