Overall Summary

Bainbridge returns the vast majority of its varsity roster and should be one of the strongest 2A sides in the state this year. Led by an outstanding junior class, the Spartans are headlined by a pair of D1 arms in Utah Valley commit RHP McCrea Curfman and Oregon commit Trey Thompson. Another junior arm to watch is RHP Braden French, who ate innings at times for the Spartans last season. AJ Larsen will return to man the outfield at the top of the order, while senior Seattle U commit Duncan Bos will provide thump in the middle of the order. Will Rohrbacher is another power bat in what should be a very deep lineup. Bainbridge has some great early-season nonconference matchups against Peninsula and Lake Washington that should be close battles. Prep Baseball will be keeping a close eye on Bainbridge's matchups with North Kitsap at the end of the season as well. The Spartans enter 2025 with a real chance to compete for a 2A state title.
