Overall Summary

O'Dea will enter this spring as one of the more interesting teams in the Metro league. Very few teams will have lost more players than the Fighting Irish from last year's team, but O'Dea will still enter 2025 with some higher-end talent in UC San Diego commit '25 RHP Quincey Brown and Seattle U commit '25 OF Jordan Holloway. '25 INF/RHP Davonn Abaga could be poised for a massive season, both atop the lineup and on the mound. Fellow senior Briggs Ellis provides athleticism and experience alongside Holloway in the outfield, but much of the rest of the team will be filled with players lacking significant varsity experience. O'Dea has a gauntlet of a non-conference schedule at the start of the season with matchups against North Creek and Puyallup, but should see some success entering league play after that. The Fighting Irish have been a staple of athletic excellence for many years now, and will be an intruiging follow entering the '25 baseball season.
