As we approach the 2025 preseason, Prep Baseball Washington begins a series of On Deck Spotlights, highlighting players who will be in attendance at various Preseason ID events. These players have attended a Prep Baseball event in the past and will be looking to boost their metrics, show progress in their games, and continue to gain exposure in 2025.
Today, we spotlight 2027 infielder Kannon Almond. The 5'10 athlete out of Lakeside High School attended multiple Prep Baseball events in 2024 and is the 33rd ranked player in his class. Almond will be attending the Central Washington Preseason ID on Saturday, February 1st.

Gets into legs well and creates a lot of rotational power.
