Newcomers
Patrick Crowley OF / SS / Newport, WA / 2027Rankings StateRank: 29 / POS: 7
Plus athlete in medium frame. Ran a 6.69 60-yard dash at PNW State Games. At the plate, features quiet pre-pitch in RH setup with barrel stacked vertically. Short stride load with direct hand path to contact. Flat swing path, line drive approach. Controlled two-hand finish. Standout athletic mover in the outfield, maintains active feet and carries momentum through fielding process. Fields ball in stride with clean, fluid arm action to throw. Similarly natural mover in the infield with ample arm strength. Quick mover in all directions. |
Ryan Judge 3B / OF / Puyallup, WA / 2027Rankings StateRank: 35 / POS: 2
Lean strength present in 5'11 frame. Balanced setup in RH stance with hands stacked horizontally over rear shoulder. Top and bottom half load with separation in sync. Extends to meet ball out front, keeping head locked on through contact. Controlled movements in outfield, high pointing catches. Some shoulder tilt in throws with plenty of arm strength for age. Smooth mover in the infield as well. Soft hands at field point, comfortable moving to both forehand/backhand. Quicker release to throw with comfort to throw from multiple arm slots. Arm strength translates. |
Talon Coker RHP / 1B / Tahoma, WA / 2027Rankings StateRank: 42 / POS: 12
Sound 6'2 lean frame. Right hander works from full wind from 1B side of the rubber. Steady pace through wind, hands break above the belt. Longer, clean arm action. 3/4 slot release with controlled, smooth tucked gloveside follow. Consistently filled up bottom of the zone. FB sat 80-83 MPH with some arm side run. CB/SL/CH combination made up secondary offerings, with SL showing consistent downward action. Strikes with all offerings. High upside with plenty of room to add strength and velocity. |
