By Steve Nielsen

Zack Henderson (Greendale) has been getting a lot of buzz lately with his power bat and has made his way around to some of the high profile events around the country, his recent surge with the bat has moved him up into the No. 2 spot just behind the unanimous No. 1 Jeren Kendall (Holmen).

Expanding the rankings to 70 we’ve added a number of high level prospects to the list.

John Moynihan (Verona Area) and Drew Steinmetz (Chippewa Falls) are two newcomers to the rankings, both cracking the top 20. Moynihan recently showed well at the Beloit Prospect Identification touching 86 mph. Steinmetz showed well at the Eau Claire Prospect Identification as an athletic middle infielder who proved he has the hands to turn it in the middle at a high level.

LHP Logan Berg (Eau Claire North) made the top 25 after showcasing his clean arm action from the left side at 84 mph. RHP Ryan Cashore (Evansville) is another newcomer who showed a lot of projection with a quick arm action and a long lean frame with loose arm action.
