Future Prospects Showcase at The Rock: Statistical Analysis

On Tuesday May 25, the PBR Wisconsin team held the first ever Future Prospects Showcase at The Rock showcase, located at the new MOSH Performance Center in Franklin, WI. This event was open to all members of the 2025 to 2026 graduating classes and served as an introductory showcase experience for those who attended.

Shortly after the event’s conclusion we started our post-event work by publishing all the traditional statistics gathered from our staff, which we’ll post inside this article in leaderboard format. You can find all the data collected from the event by clicking HERE.

There were several athletes that impressed our staff at first glance on Tuesday afternoon and INF/RHP Greyson Zach (Pewaukee, 2025) was arguably the most impressive. He stands out amongst kids his age, built at a strong and physical 6-foot-1, 175-pounds. That physicality translates onto the field, especially in the batter’s box, where Zach showed natural gap-to-gap bat strength throughout his BP round. He led the event with a 92 mph max exit velocity off the tee, 78 mph high across the diamond, and was also up to 77 mph on the mound, six full ticks higher than the next closest bullet.

INF Dominic Holton (Notre Dame Prep, 2025; IL) is another name worth a follow after a strong all-around day at this event. He’s a wiry athlete that ran the fastest 60-yard dash of the day, clocking in at 7.25 seconds. His left-handed stroke looked the part in the batter’s box, naturally elevating the baseball and working in a fluid gap-to-gap rhythm throughout. Holton’s sure-handed actions look capable of sticking up the middle as he matures and his best throw across the diamond topped at 77 mph.

C Jackson Menzel (Lake Country Lutheran, 2025) boasts upside levers attached to a lanky, high-waisted 5-foot-11, 155-pound frame. Menzel took one of the louder BP rounds of the day, squaring up several baseballs to his pull-side and producing natural back spin off the barrel. He looks the part of a true middle-of-the-order presence, especially as he continues to fill out his frame. Defensively, Menzel recorded the hardest throw from the chute, topping out at 71 mph to the bag, and he also had the best average pop time of the event at 2.26-2.40 seconds.

Representing the 2026 class, C/OF Laliwa Delgado (Bay Port) put up some impressive numbers as one of the younger athletes in attendance. He started his day off by running the second fastest 60-yard dash of any 2026 graduate in attendance. Delgado topped out at 76 mph from the outfield, which led the entire event. He trailed only Menzel in max throwing velocity (68 mph) and average pop times (2.28-2.56) from behind the dish as well.

Let’s take a look at the rest of the data gathered from this event, below.
