From the left-handed batters box, Fleming works from an open, upright stance and gets the swing started with a high left lift trigger which leads to an aggressive foot strike. Overall, with this solid performance, Fleming came away as a name to follow throughout this weekend at The Rock.

Rubin had himself a day for Lake County Lightning in their first game of the PBR at The Rock Summer Championships. From the RH batters box, Rubin sets up stiff with hand wiggle to a slight leg lift trigger. Rubin is an aggressive hitter, hunting fastballs early into the count throughout Thursday afternoon. While on the infield dirt, Rubin is a reliable up-the-middle defender as his athleticism allows him to cover a lot of ground.

Biondich is also a name that impressed on Thursday for this Top Tier squad. In the third inning, Biondich came on in to pitch and used a powerful fastball that sat 77-81 and topped at 82 mph to get through his 2+ innings. He also showed lots of feel to spin a sharp 11/5 breaking ball that produced a ton of swings-and-misses. At a projectable 6-foot-1, Biondich possesses a high ceiling and came away a winner from Thursday’s action.

Addison Latko, C, Park Ridge (IL), 2026

This Top Tier squad brought a ton of talent to The Rock this weekend and it showed in their first win of the tournament. Latko started behind the plate for Top Tier and there he truly shows catcher instincts that are well above his age, with the ability to back pick as he did it multiple times. Not only did Latko impress behind the plate, while he was in the right-handed batters box he also showed bat-to-ball skills, as he tallied a single and one RBI.

Loose arm that played accurate to the bag in between innings. Emerging as a name-to-know in the state’s incoming freshman class.

Cory Les, INF, St. Laurence, 2026
