Stock Report: 2015 3B/OF Vincent Hubli

By Steve Nielsen
Scouting Director – Wisconsin

Today we are highlighting Vincent Hubli. Hubli is a 5-foot-10, 175-pound multi-positional player from Kenosha Bradford HS, graduating in 2015. We recently saw Hubli at the Underclassmen Prospect Showcase on October 28th. Hubli has a strong frame standing 5-foot-10, 175-pounds. Hubli showcased his athleticism both in the infield and outfield.

Defensively, we saw Hubli work in the infield displaying solid defensive hands at third base. His arm is playable from the left side of the infield throwing from a high ¾ arm slot at 75 mph across the infield, while showing accuracy.

Offensively, Hubli hit from a wide, balanced stance using a short stride. His lower half worked well creating solid bat speed and showcasing signs of power. Hubli demonstrated barrel awareness using a level bat path as he repeatedly drove line drives to both gaps.

Hubli, will be one to keep an eye on over the next few year as he continues to mature and polish his game. Look for Hubli to be a contributor to the Kenosha Bradford offense in coming years.
