Hitters Spring League

With the weather still not cooperating for baseball in Wisconsin, the Hitters Spring League still got some abbreviated work in over the weekend.

Whitnall HS senior right handed pitcher Josh Serio made his first appearance of the spring. The Heartland Community College recruit looked sharp. Serio controlled the zone well in his limited amount of work missing the zone only a handful of times. His fastball was reported as sitting in the upper 80’s while touching low 90 numbers multiple times. He also showed midseason form of his curveball and changeup.
