Each week, WIAA coaches around the state submit to us their nominations for the PBR Wisconsin Player of the Week honors. On Thursday, we awarded the second 'Players of the Week' awards of the year, representing Week 9, to MIF/RHP Camden Kuhnke (Hortonville, 2023; Wisconsin-Milwaukee commit), who went 7-for-11 with a home run, triple, double and eight RBIs, earning this week’s ‘Player of the Week’ honors, as a result. RHP Dylan Questad (Waterford Union, 2023; Arkansas commit) earned ‘Pitcher of the Week’ honors after he twirled a complete game with 10 punchouts and two hits allowed, leading the Wolverines to their first conference championship since 2015.

Inside of this Diamond Notes piece, we acknowledge the performances that fell short of that POTW honor, but are still deserving of some recognition here.
