Team Name: Ravenswood Red Devils
Head Coach: Wes Swain (80-55 career record)
Classification: A
2016 Record: 20-11
Conference Record: Little Kanawha Conference
Returning Starters: 7

2017 Team Strengths:

  • Seven starters return from team that won twenty games a year ago

2017 Team Weaknesses:

  • Inexperience of pitching staff

Coach Outlook: "After starting six new varsity players last year, we return all of those players with a year's experience. We hope that pitching will be a strong point as we will several options on the mound this year. Many will pitch at the varsity level for the first time however."

PBR Outlook: The Red Devils will lean on a trio of return starters in Swain, Curtis and Taylor to drive the offense and provide valuable innings on the mound. If new additions to the pitching staff develop a deep playoff run.
