The Golden Bears were able to tie the score at three in the fifth without a hit.  Two walks, an error and a sacrifice fly did the damage.  Madonna used some small ball in the sixth to establish their final margin of victory.  Bunt singles by Tyler WrightSimon Nero and Chayce Lemley accompanied by a conventional line drive Dom Mazur single plated two runs.

Mazur picked up the win for the Blue Dons in relief of Nick Paul.  He threw 2.2 scoreless innings allowing two hits, no runs, no walks and struck out one.  Multi-hit games were recorded by Dietrich and Oak Glen's Garrett Brewer who both singled twice.
