Harris is a 6-foot-1, 170-pound left-hander with a medium frame and a lanky build. He works from a H ¾ arm slot with a quick loose arm. He comes to an average balance point. He uses some effort in his delivery, which at times is rushed, causing his arm to be behind. His fastball was 84-86 mph that he located consistently on arm side. His curveball is a plus pitch with 1/7 shape and sharp action. He threw his change up on a limited basis but it was thrown with near fastball arm speed and showed some cut action.
