Morrison is a genuine power threat from the left side at the plate and displayed useful defensive tools at 1st with the ability to jump into a corner outfield position. Morrison works around the bag well at 1st, with good hands and footwork and a strong arm. Morrison showed his power potential at the plate, back spinning line drives and deep fly balls from his pull side to dead center. He stands open in the box and generates a lot of rotational force through his swing. Stays grounded well and lifts everything into the air. Also, hits in-game, swing, and results carry over when facing live arms. Morrison projects well as a middle of the order hitter who can lock down a position at the next level and add some juice to any lineup looking for it from the left side.
