Ohlsen has a stockier physical frame but still has a high ceiling offensively having exceptional power potential. He has a short quick swing that creates good leverage and bat speed through the hitting zone. Demonstrated most of his power to the pull side but has the ability to hit for power to all fields. His ability to keep his hands in the hitting zone and stay on balls projects well to hit for consistency and power. Ohlsen is primarily a 3B who shows good rhythm and fundamentals in the field. Fields the ball out and front and works through the ball well. Ball has good carry across the infield with a quick release. Regardless the bat will play so a move to the OF wouldn’t be out of the question at the next level.
