BAWS 2019 - Small, compact frame with tight build; wider chest and quicker feet (7.14 60yd). Narrow stance with even hands and high back elbow; hands have big pull down with leg kick. Shoulders work on upwards path having bat follow lifting through the zone; some bat whip and speed. Flashed some pullside pop and gap carry during BP (85 EV); stayed on ball well during game picking up a couple hits using the full field. Good stride on defense with the ability to stay low through the baseball; glove moves well able to snag the ball all around him. Compact arm with quick release and able to make throws from different angles (76 MPH). Showed good range during the games with the ability to get into the OF and make plays as well; better at 2B.
10/27-10/29/18 - Fall tournament - Compactly built 5-foot-10 w/good lower body strength, strong and stout, short arms keep his swing short, repeatedly barreled balls, compact stroke w/pop particularly to the pull side but also showed gap pop to right-centerfield, aggressive nature, quick MIF release, soft hands and good feeds to the bag, arm plays best at 2nd base but he showed ability to be a solid shortstop, fair lateral range can approach average shortstop range, good motor and energy and runs well, more quick than fast.
