BAWS 2019 - Medium high waist build showing long limbs; firm lean muscle throughout build with athletic repeatable actions. Hands stay at the waist through high front knee with slight back turn; rhythm as he sinks into back leg with control of his hips and front leg. Slight wrist wrap with a compact 3/4 arm coming out of glove via the elbow. Attacked the zone, working quickly and flashing three strong pitches. FB 80-84 with arm side run and cut at the plate; flashed angle down through the zone as well. CHG 75-78 late bottom mainly armside usage. SLD 71-74 with late sweep; flashed some bite keeping tight spin and short action occurring off barrels. Three strong innings as he was consistently around the plate picking up a few K’s.

2/18/19 - scrimmage - Uncommitted, athletic build, sturdy frame, high 3/4 slot, easy and quick arm action, athletic delivery, ball comes out of hand nicely, fastball was sneaky 79-83 mph with above average movement, didn't see a breaking ball, did see a fantastic pick-off move that could be used a teaching tool for what a good move is. Fields position well. Did tend to nibble a bit and will need to be more aggressive, the stuff looks like it has a chance to be mid-80s sometime this coming summer.
