Positional Profile: LHP Body: 6-0, 170-pounds. Average athletic build, lanky proportions for future size/strength. Delivery: Smooth, high tuck knee lift over rubber, in-line stride, clean actions, soft square landing, rotational finish. Arm Action: LH. Easy effort, smooth separation, two part backside with lower elbow, 3/4 release. FB: T73, 71-72 mph. Pounds zone, little late run in zone, flashed spin for future velo gains, lower release height allows FB to play up in zone. CB: 59-61 mph. Gradual break, 1/7 shape, has feel for zone, two plane break, lower release height than FB. CH: 67-69 mph. Similar look and release to FB, significant arm side fade, around the zone with big spin decrease off the FB which can start bats.

BAWS 2019 - Long, high-waisted frame with young build; chance for projection as body continues to strengthen. Simple step and turn with hands staying at his chest; athletic delivery showing balance in back leg and ability to get front leg high as it coils showing hip to catcher. Hands break cleanly with compact swing to H-3/4 release gaining some extension out in front. Worked three innings over two outings showing ability to make adjustments and improve his stuff. FB 75-76 T77 working mainly arm side with some sink and run. CB 65-69 deep with length in the 1/7 shape; times where he had real feel of it with the ability to work it through the zone and control the depth. Pitches flashes above average at its best and got lots of Swing and miss. CHG 71 showing some arm-side; limited usage during the outing but used it effectively. Frame could still add some strength and CB can have chance to be strong.

vs Monte Vista - young-ish body type at 5-foot-10 160-pounds, easy arm action, high 3/4 slot, ball comes out with more velocity than the arm action suggests (sat 78-79 mph), lots of run and potential for sink when he gets stronger and release point lengthens, pounded the arm side well, decent change of direction on steady 67 mph curveball, not a biter yet but chance to have steady sweeping break and getting under right-hand hitters hands or down away from left-handed hitters.
