Physical: 6-2, 185-pounds; 7.45 60-yard, 4.12 30-yard split, 1.77 10-yard split, 26.6” vertical jump. Physical body, sturdy athletic build, well-proportioned.
Offensively: LHH. EV max – 91.5 mph, estimated distance max – 331 ft, hand speed max – 22.3 mph (19.8 avg), bat speed max – 70.9 (65.6 avg); Wide set-up, open stance, early barrel tilt to pitcher, back elbow high, early weight shift back, reverse toe tap out to in-line stride, has body control through swing, high one hand finish, can flick the barrel with authority, stays behind the ball and catches out front, there is extra base hit power potential beyond the HS level.
Defensively: OF mph – 84; Clean angles, catches ball out front, soft glove hand, gets into throwing motion quickly, overhand release, LF/RF profile.
Body: 6-2, 185lb. Gets more physical after each look. Has an athletic build with present strength throughout the frame.
Hit: Balanced stance that is slightly open. Bat/hands are rested at shoulder. Uses a quick toe-tap trigger as hands work up. Direct barrel path with barrel working tight and inside the baseball. Two-handed high finish. Peppered the middle of the field with LDs throughout his two BP rounds.
Power: 84.00 max exit velocity
Arm: RH. Average arm strength. Medium arm path. Makes up for it with quickness in getting off throws. 5/5 accurate 1-hop throws during workout.
Defense: Athletic OF actions. Takes good angles. Aggressively charged in on balls without slowing momentum. Quick glove/hand exchange. Transitions into throwing motion seamlessly/quickly.
Physical: 6-2, 175 pounds; Athletic, well-proportioned build. 7.51 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; flat bat to start that works into a barrel tip. Short take back with the hands with a quick up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 92.00 MPH via Trackman. Smooth swing that showed some barrel accuracy. Some noticeable power to the pullside.
Defensively: OF - 86.00 MPH. Aggressive outfield actions. Gets around and comes in through hard gaining good momentum. Clean funnel and exchange allows for a quick release. Medium arm action in the back. 5/5 accurate 1-hop throws. Decent arm strength.
Body: 6-2, 175-pounds. Well proportioned and athletic. Room to add gains
Hit: LHH. Stands in an athletic stance with feet that are slightly closed. Higher set hands with a higher back elbow. Quick forward stride as barrel tips slightly which hurts early connection. Smooth stroke with an upward bat path. Middle-Oppo field approach throughout his round.
Power: 90 max exit velocity, averaged 90 mph. 90’ max distance. Some present pull-side gap power.
Arm: LH. INF - 74 mph. OF - 84 mph. Long and loose arm action in the OF. Consistent strong and accurate throws to the bag from the OF. Arm action at 1B was more short, compact, and didn’t need extra steps to get off throws.
Defense: Proper footwork in getting around and through the ball in the OF. Infield glove skills are present. Clean transfers from both positions but the ones at 1B allowed for quick DPs. Looks more comfortable at 1B.
Run: 7.3 runner in the 60.
Body: 6’2 175lbs
Hit: LHH with pop + feel for the barrel. Leg kick timing mechanism with a small hand hitch that helps generates bat speed. Showed power and the ability to lift to the pull side. Uses his lower half to gain momentum and ground on weight shift.
Power: 85 MPH Exit Velocity via Trackman in BP
Arm: 80 MPH Outfield Velocity
Defense: Clean footwork in the outfield allowed for efficient transfer/throws. Moved well laterally to both sides showing no sign of breaking rhythm. Fielded all balls cleanly and showcased an accurate throwing arm during the defensive portion of the workout.
Run: 7.92 60-Yard
6-foot-1, 180-pounds, large, physical frame with plenty of maturation remaining as he continues to add strength. Shows a mature approach at the plate from an upright stance with high hands before a high leg lift trigger gets the swing started. Stays balanced through the zone showing good feel/control of the barrel. Had a loud fly out in game. An average runner, Hansen shows good instincts in the outfield when tracking balls.
