Positional Profile: SS/P
Physical: 5-7, 125-pounds; Average, athletic build. 7.84 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Short take back with the hands with an up and down stride for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a direct swing path with a high finish. More line drives than fly balls and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 72 MPH via Trackman. Equal LD and GB % (42.9), short finish, puts 'nose on ball' with focused approach, stays on-plane, contact-oriented approach.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; uses prep hop while showing active feet. Hands are out in front with a seamless transfer. Moderate arm circle from a standard 3/4 arm slot. SS - 68 MPH. Plays low at the ball and through the ball, can throw on move from different angles, clean from glove to hand, some length in the arm stroke.
Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup working primarily from the stretch. Belt high leg drive with a slight lean over the belt. Has a moderate stride landing inline with the plate. Moderate arm swing while showing no restrictions; standard 3/4 slot. Upright with finish. FB: Peak velo of 69 MPH, while sitting 68-69 MPH; straight action. CB: 55-59 MPH; spots and expands. CH: 64-65 MPH; sinks. Strike throwing ability with three pitches, somewhat sneaky arm action coming from lower slot than expected with backside arm action, ability to start bats and feel to get hitters to expand.
Positional Profile: SS
Body: 5-6, 120-pounds. Lean build on proportioned frame, hints of lower body strength.
Hit: RHH. Off plate, slightly open, tall set-up, narrow feet, reverse move before getting out to long stride, back elbow flares up prior to swing trigger from minimal hand load. Once stride is complete hands are short to ball, short follow through/finish of swing, contact oriented punch type stroke.
Power: 72 max exit velocity
Arm: RH. INF - 65 mph. Longer backside getting to high-3/4 slot with ability to drop lower on the move, gets ball out and underway with some air under throws.
Defense: Plays low with level eyes, sure hands, has the look of a gritty and gutty infielder with willingness to 'stick his nose in there', confidently traps and covers ball at reception, plays with confidence.
Run: 7.68 runner in the 60.
Positional Profile: RHP
Delivery: Simple lift over rubber, in-line stride, lands with stride foot slightly open, spins off a little at release, upper body stays fairly upright throughout, good balance and body control, calm head.
Arm Action: RH. Compact backside, easy smooth arm action, overhand release, repeats well.
FB: T68, 67-68 mph. Fairly straight with strike throwing ability, despite modest velocity there is spin that helps the projection for future gains.
CB: 55-56 mph. Big 11/5 shape with feel for the bottom of the zone, has feel for the release, big breaker with action to be an effective pitch.
CH: 63-64 mph. Some action to the glove side, like the other two pitches showed feel for the zone, enough velocity reduction off the FB and feel for the pitch to be quite effective in the strike zone.
Positional Profile: RHP
Body: 5-4, 110-pounds. Young body w/smaller frame and athletic proportions.
Delivery: Composed simple delivery, in-line stride, high knee lift, syncs hands/feet well.
Arm Action: RH. Clean circular arm action on backside, controls arm swing, arm works easy from overhand slot.
FB: T63, 62-63 mph. Plays fairly straight, pounded the zone, spin rate relative to raw velocity is a positive.
CB: 51-52 mph. Displayed feel, spins is well, flashed depth.
CH: 60-61 mph. Arm side movement plays well off FB, kept down, fades off the FB look.
