Body: 5-7, 135-pounds. Lean build with a smaller frame. Present athleticism.
Hit: RHH. Sets up wide in stance where he is pre-leaning into his backside with hands hanging over home plate. Simple stride that starts slow and early as hands load low and back. Bat takes a direct path towards the baseball with minimal lag with impact out front. The path is level with a high finish that gets good extension. No GBs during BP with 37.5% LDs and 62.5% FBs.
Power: 81.00 max exit velocity. LD singles hitter. A lower launch angle might play better for his current power. Needed increases in bat speed for power to increase.
Arm: RH. INF - 78.00 mph. OF - 81.00 mph. Average arm strength for level. Uphill shoulders with a more pulldown action led to higher arcing throws from the OF. 4/5 accurate. Slightly longer arm action from the OF. INF arm action was short with more downhill shoulders. Was 4/5 accurate. Average quickness to release.
Defense: Showed athletic actions at both spots. A good approach in the OF coming in controlled while gaining good momentum when getting into this throwing motion. Displays glove low and early. Average infield actions. Sinks into his legs rather than getting his chest down which requires him to pop back up. At times fielded deep into his body but had a quick exchange into his throwing hand.
