Pitching notes: Stretch only. Simple hand lift with athletic high front knee breaking well on the leg and allowing him to have rhythm down the hill. Fluid to front leg and able to repeat his compact arm to H-3/4 release. FB with angle and ability to go up in zone; times where he gets under the pitch. Spotted the pitch better and better as he went along. CHG with late run/bottom off the FB selling it with strong armspeed. CB short overhand breaker with tight spin. Understands how to change eye levels and spots with lots of projection as he matures. FB 76-80 / CB 68-71 / CHG 69-72
Offensive notes: Wider base, high hands with early rhythm lifting body in the load. Rotates barrel well and when timing that up with bottom hand was able to get through to the pullside gap with carry. Worked liners gap-to-gap with behind it lift. 60-yard - 7.30 / EV mph - 85
Defensive notes: Two hand pull back for arm to get ball out consistently. When he was better towards second the throws were more accurate and faster. Blocks well and able to get out of the crouch. Receiving in game was a standout and able to prevent runners from taking bases. C mph - 74 / Pops - 2.18-2.25
