Bay Area World Series 2022 - Uncommitted; Strong build on sizeable frame, the stuff is intriguing and the delivery is sound, clean arm action, works to maximize his stuff, FB peaked at 85 mph (82-84 mph), 2337 max spin, fairly straight FB but the spin and 5.1 release height start to tell the story of a FB that can be developed into a pitch that can be used up in the zone, does have feel for throwing strikes, SL 70-73 mph, 2312 max spin, fairly wide break and does have feel for zone, the extension can improve on the SL and give him more depth into the zone, 74-76 mph CHG with 1400ish spin which could play well off the FB and his 4.4 release height on the CHG is a number perhaps the FB can work toward so he can help the two pitches play off each other better. One to keep an eye on for the 'jump' that could happen in his senior season.
