8/9/17 - Pitched 1.1 innings, allowing a hit and striking out one. 86-88 from high slot. 77 slider.
8/2017 - Tall, long and projectable frame. No stride. Foot lift at the plate. Some pull power. Homered to left-center field. Doubled off the top of the left field wall. 5-for-13 with two doubles, home run, four walks at Area Code Games.
7/3/19:Standing 6-foot-4, 195 pounds, Bullard has a tall and thin body. As a defender, he is very projectable with loose athletic actions at 3B. Has plenty of arm strength to stay at the hot corner and is athletic enough to throw from all slots. Very good body control to make the off-balance play. Bat is best tool with a ton of upside. Bullard has loose, easy, and quick hands with easy power now, and a lot more to come with physical maturity. Hit .301 and had an OPS of .894 in his freshman year for the Wildcats. Currently has four doubles and four long balls, including the one from the video attached. High- end prospect as a defender and hitter. (DeGagne)
