8-15-15
A 6-foot-0, 170-pound left hand hitting middle infielder, who has improved each time we have seen him.  The USG was no different; he was one of the top MIF at the event.  At the plate he hits from a balanced stance that loads up with good power.  He hits against a strong front side and get great leg drive through the baseball.  His exit velocity off the pitch was 93 MPH.  Tops for the USG event.  In the field he has smooth action and does a nice job of getting rid of the baseball.  Strong accurate throws to first were gunned at 83 MPH. He ran a 7.47 60.

6-15-15
The 23rd ranked player in the class of 2016 plays a solid second base for both Highlands Ranch and Slammers Black, we had him at 84 mph arm velocity in the Centennial State Games.  Dammel ranges well on balls up the middle and turns a pair with quick fluid hands.  A balanced hitter from the left side does a nice job of staying inside the ball and using the left-center gap.
5-4-15
6-foot-0, 170-pound two-way player. Left-handed hitter, athletic balanced stance, tall setup. Short load back with short stride. Bottom hand dominant. Dammel's exit velocity was 85 MPH from the tee, but we have had as high as 88. Dammel has a nice smooth swing through the zone with good plate coverage. Line drive hitter with opposite field power. Defensively Dammel has nice fundamentals, plays smooth through the ball,  and threw 83 MPH across the infield which was higher from the last event we did. Ran a 7.36 60 time. Dammel continues to impress us as a steady player who can start at 3 infield positions, outfield, and could probably pitch if needed. Was first alternate to making the Junior Sunbelt Classic Team.

3-1-15
6-foot-0, 170-pound two-way player. Left-handed hitter, balanced stance, tall setup. 88 MPH exit velocity from the tee. Quick swing, compact, handsy swing, line drive hitter. Defensively showed an athletic arm action, played through the baseball with above average actions, quick exchange, athletic hands. Arm played at 80 MPH across the infield. Ran a 4.3 home to first.

8-30-14

6-foot-1, 170 pound MIF bats left handed. Has very soft hands and plays a solid second base with good feet. Hits from a tall balanced stance with smooth load back, Dammel lets the ball get deep in the strike zone and has ability to waste a lot of pitches with good gap to gap power with majority of hits going to left field. Has shot up a lot in the last year, and when he fills out will have the ability to drive ball over fence. Good student with 3.84 GPA.
