8-5-17
6-foot-3, 158-pound right hand hitting RHP/OF.  At the plate he stands tall and balanced.  He loads early and weight slides through the zone on contact.  Swing path is uphill and his ball has good carry to it.  Exit velocity was 76 MPH.  In the field he uses his long stride to cover good ground.  He moves well to the glove side and delivers an accurate 73 MPH ball from an over the top arm slot.  On the mound he uses his size to gain ground on the plate during the delivery.  From balance, he falls to the plate and shows good extension out front.  Arm is over the top and stays hidden behind his body for much of his motion.  Fastball was 75 MPH with good location down in the zone.  He added a 65 MPH slider that would start in the middle of the plate with sharp break away from the hitter.

1-29-17
6-foot-2, 150 pounds. Bats and throws right. Very tall lanky, wiry frame. Interested to see what happens when he puts on another 25 pounds. Stands tall in the stretch and throws a high 3/4 arm slot. Gets good extension to the plate with stride and release. Fastball improved from last event sitting at 71-73. Good arm speed with off speed. Change sat at 62 mph with some fade. Curveball was 60-62. With added strength and weight intriguing prospect in our state.

8-6-16
6-foot-2, 145 pounds. Very tall lanky projectable frame, and at only 145 pounds has room to get strength. Windup from stretch starts in a slight crouch. Short on back side, and comes from high 3/4 arm slot. Hides ball well. Does a good job getting chest out front. Lands in-line to plate then falls off to first. Stops arm in front of body which could decrease arm velocity. Fastball was 64-66 mph touching 67. Curveball was 57-58 mph. Like projectable frame.
