Hit: RHH, Balanced, quiet approach with short stride, the swing is very repeatable. There is a little bit of bat wrap which will create some torque and leverage for his swing.
Exit Velocity: 83, showed some flashes of power and with some increased backside acceleration power could increase.
Defense: Karl showed relaxed actions in the middle infield with upright posture and a degree of fluidity. Hands appear to work and transfer looks solid. Elimination of some glove flip action will make him more efficient.
Infield Velocity: 76, from a ¾ arm slot

Hit: RHH Great Foundation for stance. Simplified load with minimal movement, but gets to rear side and is stacked at launch. A 5-foot-4, 100-pound right hand hitting SS/RHP. At the plate he hits from a balanced stance with a slow load on the pitch. Good lower leg drive on the swing. Hands come through the zone on an uphill path. Exit velocity was 70 MPH. On the mound he gets to balanced and falls to the plate. Will benefit from a strong lower leg drive. Delivery is from an over the top arm slot. Fastball was 70 MPH with good location in and out. He added a 55 MPH Curve with sweeping break and a 61 MPH Change to finish his session.
