A 5-foot-8, 135-pound right hand hitting 2B/C who ran a 7.80 60.  At the plate he hits from a balanced wide stance.  Short stride for timing and swing plane is slightly uphill.  He has an aggressive hip rotation during the swing and good extension out front at contact.  Exit velocity was 80 MPH and he showed good bat control to all fields during the live round.  In the field he moves well on balls left and right.  He has smooth actions and fields through the ball.  He delivers from a high ¾ arm angle with a 72 MPH accurate ball.

A 5-foot-8, 130-pound, right-hand hitting multi-positional player who ran a 7.97 60.  Rodriquez was all over the field at this event, at second base he showed good hands and feet and moves well up the middle.  Behind the plate he has smooth actions and soft hands for receiving.  He had pop-times of 2.18-2.25 with an arm velocity of 68 MPH and accurate throws to the bag.  At the plate he starts balanced and ends up on his backside with his load.  Good leg drive and hip rotation create 75 MPH exit velocity with good bat control and carry to the left center gap. 

1-25-15
5-foot-5, 110-pound middle infield, showed quick feet, soft hands and good actions.  Throws from a ¾ slot and was gets the ball out quick and accurate.  .  He had a throwing velocity of 60 mph.  At the plate, he starts with a 60/40 stance and has a small load of the hands.  Front foot gets down and out of the way and the lower half guides the bat through the zone.  Good level bat plane allows for hits to all fields.  Solid swing mechanics and time will help improve upon the 66 mph exit velocity.  Ran a 5.19 home to first.
