Charlie Guinta: SS, (2027) Stamford, CT. 5-foot-10, 135-pound athletic lean frame. Above average at the plate, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 79 mph. (64.0 mph bat speed average). (19.3 mph hand speed average). Starts in a tall athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is quick, exhibits a short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found multiple barrels with loud contact. Pull side approach. Projectable in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 69 mph; had soft hands, a twitchy exchange, and developing footwork. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed consistent accuracy to the base with a high ¾ slot and a short quick arm action. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.95.
