Begins in a wide quiet stance with a tight compact load, then uses a short controlled stride. Has above average bat speed, flat upward swing plane and good extension on his high finish. Had loud contact and found some barrels. Pull side line drive approach. Behind the plate, throw downs to second topped out at 72 mph; showed quick fluid feet, soft consistent hands, and a clean natural transfer. recorded pop times of 2.22-2.37. Some flexibility and wide calm setup. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a short quick arm action and an-over-the-top slot. Clocked a 60 time of 7.28 at the event. Projectable on the mound, showed quick arm speed, also used a high ¾ arm angle with a short loose arm action. Up-tempo stretch only type pitcher who uses some effort. Showed strong balance point and falling off shoulders. Lands open with an athletic falling off finish. Threw his fastball 69-77 mph; has a heavy fastball that shows running sinking action and arm side control. (Max spin 2006;Avg 1876). Has down in the zone command and slurvey action on his 1/7 curveball (58-59). His changeup (63-64) has fading deceiving action and arm side command.
