6-foot-2, 175-pound, longer lean athletic frame. The shoulders are squared off, back is wider, having plenty of room for added weight gains. A right-handed hitting catcher, at the plate even feet, hands are loose at shoulder height. For timing, uses a small leg kick, gaining ground. The swing is fluid, works with easy effort, bat having whip to it out on contact. The approach is more middle to pull with lift and loft to it. The exit velocity was clocked at 87 mph, and ran a 7.42 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, had a pop time of 2.22, arm was clocked 71 mph. Wider setup, glove is soft on the catch, smooth transfer to throwing arm. Looks to stand up on release, needs to gain more ground. Works hard on the block, getting around the baseball, advanced feel for his age. The frame projects out, look for game to take off at some point. Added strength will help.

6-foot-1, 150-pound, longer, lengthy, wiry athletic frame, shoulders are rounded has plenty of room for added weight. A right-handed hitting catcher, shows to have strength at the plate. The stance is balanced, front foot starts slightly open, feet are at shoulder width, taller stance. The hands are loose, set higher than shoulder height. The lower half is under control, small pick up and put down, swing is free and easy, level to up path, finishing higher with one-hand, creates backspin to the baseball. Took a solid round of batting practice. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 79 mph, potential to be an extra base guy at some point. Ran ok for a catcher at 4.44. Defensively, threw 72 mph, arm action is whippy working out of a natural 3/4 slot, had a pop time of 2.15-2.37. The hands are strong, secures the pitch, clean transfer to throwing arm. The setup is wide, gets into the block position fairly quick and is athletic blocking the baseball. The front glove needs to stay online longer, will help create carry to throws. Overall strength training will aid is his development on both sides of the field. Good looking young prospect.
