5-foot-11, 195-pound, solid athletic frame, hands and wrists are strong with some fast twitch to them. One of the better right-handed hitting catchers at this event. The pop times were 1.91-2.0, throws were on the bag and downhill with some carry. The arm was clocked at 79 mph, has some strength in his arm. His receiving skills are advanced, blocks and works extremely hard with pitchers, can tell he likes to catch. In game performance was good, collected two singles. At the plate, the stance is slightly open, it’s shoulder width apart, hands are loose with some whip to the barrel. Controls the barrel with ease, squares pitches up on a regular basis. The tee exit velocity is advanced at 91 mph, ran ok at 4.7 for a catcher. Receiving interest from local division 1 schools, has a few offers.

3/2/16
5-foot-11, 185-pound average athletic frame, hands and lower half are strong and a good durable catchers body. A right-handed hitting catcher, the stance is slightly open, gets back to even on contact and is balanced throughout the swing. The hands are loose and are set just off his shoulders. For timing has a controlled stride, hands get back into a good hitting position, swing path is level and he finishes with one hand. The tee exit velocity was 91 mph, shows plus bat speed with whip out front. The finish could be higher. Behind the plate the setup is quiet, balanced and relaxed. The hands and feet work together and his transfer is clean. Clocked at 77 mph, the arm action is short and comes out at high-¾ slot. Showed good presence, worked well with pitchers and he really likes the to catch.
