Second PBR event for Joseph, showed well. Plays with lots of energy, great bounce in his step. Hits from the right side, the stance is even and balanced. The hands start just above his shoulders, the take back is good and he gains ground with his stride. The path is level through the zone, barrel is in and out sometimes quick. Finishes with two hands. Made solid contact in batting practice. The tee exit velocity was 74 mph and his 60-yard dash time was 7.16. In the field, he shows solid prep steps, first couple steps are very quick when going after balls. His hands are soft, fields ball out front, arm is short and clean, velocity was 73 mph. Solid looking program kid, loves to compete, comes from a quality high school program.

A right-handed hitter, hits from closed stance, hands are loose and have some pop to them. The path to the ball is quick and flat. The barrel stays in the strike zone a long time. The tee exit velocity was 80, his time down the line was 4.61. At 5-foot-7, 140-pounds, is extremely strong, gets everything out of his body. On defense, showed an average arm, was 75 across the diamond. His hands and feet work well together, fields the ball out front and footwork was good. At times tries to wind up and get more out of his arm. During the game, had a good turn at 2nd base and swung the bat well. Plays the game hard and the correct way.
