6-foot, 185-pound, strong, physical athletic frame. The back is wide, has plenty of room to fill, legs are top tool, has a good athletic kick. A right-handed hitter, feet are even, shoulder width apart, taller stance, hands are set at shoulder height, are relaxed, bat starts in a good position. For timing uses a small stride, has a minimal load with the hands, front foot opens slightly early on stride. The swing path is down to level, has more of a pull approach, cuts across the baseball at times. The strength and pop in his hands is advanced, hits the baseball hard. Defensively, showed an above average arm from the outfield, attacked the baseball, used more of a shuffle with his feet during the transfer. The arm action is clean, strong and comes out of a ¾ to high ¾ slot, throws are downhill, gets behind the ball and uses good momentum in making throws. The arm was clocked at 83 mph. Someone to keep an eye, once he figures out the swing path better, game will jump, very athletic.
