5-foot-11, 175-pound athletic mature build. Advanced during batting practice, Bowes best exit velocity was 86 mph. (69.86 mph bat speed average). (22.42 mph hand speed average). Started in a wide balanced stance with a smooth controlled load, then used a short toe tap stride. Bat speed was above average, showed a short flat swing plane and good extension on his high finish. He barreled up lots of balls with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap line drive approach. While catching, his best recorded throw to second was clocked at 75 mph; showed a clean natural transfer, soft next level hands, and in control quick feet. had quick feet and transfers on his throw downs, recording a 1.95-2.07 pop time. Some flexibility and athletic clean setup. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a short arm action and a high ¾ slot. Recorded a 60 time of 7.34 at the event. One of the better players on the day, had multiple hits, with hard contact. Showed above average feel behind the plate.

He is 5-foot-9, 161-pounds with a stocky build and strength. He showed two solid rounds of batting practice, spraying the ball all around the field. He has even feet with a slight bend in the knees. He is balanced and showed a compact line drive swing, from the right-side. He went with the outside pitch smoothly and showed some strength with topping out at 86.5 mph on his exit velocity. Behind the dish he looked comfortable, athletic, flexible and moves well behind the plate. His arm for his age is solid clocking in at 72 mph with a fair exchange, but will get better with age. He’s a young prospect with good bat to ball skills and shows the ability to catch which makes him a projectable prospect.
