The hands are loaded, are back on foot strike. The swing is level to up, hands are inside the baseball. The approach is more middle to pull side, creates lift and backspin. The batting practice round was impressive, had an exit velocity of 91 mph. Defensively, moves well around the bag at first, quick feet, soft hands on the catch. 5-foot-10, 170-pound, average athletic, broad shoulders with a wider back. A right-handed hitter, recovery from an arm injury. At the plate, swings it really well, hard consistent contact in his two rounds of batting practice. The stance is balanced, starts wider, open, gets back to even with stride. The hands are held higher, loose and relaxed. On foot strike are back in a loaded position. The swing is level to up, getting through the baseball, creating natural lift and loft to it. 5-foot-10, 179-pound, average athletic frame with sloped shoulders, with room to add mass and weight on. A two-way player, a right-handed hitter, spread out approach, hands are set at the shoulders, simple pick up and put down with stride foot. The swing is level to up, barrel stays in the zone, approach is more middle to pull, short compact swing. The hands work with easy effort, had a tee exit velocity of 87 mph, baseball jumps off the bat. Ran a 8.02 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, threw 69 mph across the diamond, arm works out of a ¾ slot. The hands are soft, fields out front. Needs to get off the blocks quicker, with lateral movement.  Off the mound, simple delivery, hands start and stay low. The lift is athletic, needs to stay over backside a tick longer, looks to get down the mound quickly. The direction is inline, with a strong front glove, minimal pull. Should a solid two pitch mixer, has sink to the two seamer, fastball was clocked 72 mph, with more in the arm as the arm gains strength. The breaking ball showed proper spin, clocked at 58 mph.
