6-foot-4, 220-pound right-handed pitcher. He continues to grow on me as I liked him last summer and he has made another jump in my eyes. The fastball sat 87-88 mph, downhill with action at times. The spin pitch is good in shape, sitting 75-77 mph. The pitch should be an out pitch at the next level. The changeup is 82-84 mph, too hard and needs a tweak. The delivery is online with the feet and the slot is above 3/4 in height. The lift is solid in tempo, leads with the hip and gets into his legs. The arm works free and clean. He is a high level arm in the 2023 class.

Future Games

6-foot-3, 190-pound right-handed pitcher. I thought he threw the ball very well. We did not help him out much defensively but he handled it and cruised through his outing. The fastball sat 84-85 mph with downhill tilt at times. The spin pitch is a good one, sitting at 73-74 mph with serious depth at times. The changeup is 78-79 mph and is still developing. The delivery has minimal crossfire to the feet and the slot is slightly above 3/4 in height. The lift is repeated, solid in tempo and he does a nice job of staying closed to foot strike. The arm works and the frame can fill out, he is a good one. Keep an eye on him as his stuff will spike in the next year.

6-foot-3, 190-pound, strong, wide, durable athletic frame. A right-handed pitcher, who worked out as a positional player as well. Off the mound, attacks, working from set position. The arm action is super clean on the backside, works from a higher 3/4 slot. The fastball touched 86 mph, with a ton more in there, arm side run and ride to the pitch. Throws a bigger, harder hook, clocked at 72 mph. Mixed in a true changeup as well at 72 mph, arm side fade action to it. Cruised in his outing, toying with hitters. At the plate, wider setup, swing is level to up, creating backspin. Rolling the hands late and staying through it, had an exit velocity of 88 mph. Defensively, threw 78 mph, soft glove, moving well to both sides. Look for him to be a dude off the mound, big follow.

Exit Velocity: 88 mph

Arm Velocity: 78 mph

Sixty-Yard Dash: 8.09
