Trenton Laframboise: OF, (2023) Southington, CT. 5-foot-8, 160-pound solid frame. Capable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 85 mph. Setup is comprised of a balanced, athletic stance with a small stride. Bat speed was developing, showed a flat loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Created some loud contact and found some barrels. Gap to gap approach. Capable and solid from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 84 mph; had a clean natural exchange, consistent developing footwork, and soft developing hands. Laterally, movements were developing and fielded the ball out front. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag with a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. Clocked a time of 7.62 in the 60-yard dash.
is a 5-foot-8, 150-pound outfield prospect. During batting practice, Laframboise's best exit velocity was 85 mph with a (63.7 mph bat speed average) and (20.9 mph hand speed average). He starts in a balanced, athletic stance with a smooth load. A short stride triggers a simple, flat swing that stays on plane through his finish. Raw on the mound, showed good arm speed with a long arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Up-tempo type pitcher who shows some effort. He has in line shoulders and a strong balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Has control low in the zone and sinking action. (Max spin 1987; Avg 1903). His 1/7 curveball had glove side control and slurvey action.
