Hit: RHH. Tall, slightly closed off setup, toe tap stride, active hands creating body rhythm, short stride. Level bat path, upright finish on contact, above average bat speed, slight lift at times on contact.
Power: 94 mph exit velocity. Line drive, gap to gap approach.
Run: 6.80 runner in the 60.
Delivery: Tall and drive delivery, smooth/in rhythm balance point,
Arm Action: LH. High 3/4 arm slot, long, smooth, quick, deceptive.

Listed at 6-1 157 lbs Hanson is a long, athletic kid with a lot of confidence. He has a smooth delivery with rhythm to keep the same windup each pitch. His fastball was a sneaky 80-82 with late movement as hitters struggled getting on time. Efficient and savvy on the mound, he also hides the ball well as he mixes in a low 60s 12-6 curveball with a 72 mph changeup to complement.

Offensively, balanced, slightly closed setup, short stride, hands start by ear and load back, maintains balance, some rhythm. Barrel works long through the zone, line drive type hitter, some swing and miss, recorded an 88 mph exit velocity. Ran a 6.80 60. Defensively, arm works loose and athletically. On the mound, short arm action, over-the-top slot. Step behind windup, smooth rhythm, tall and fall delivery, works on-line, lands square, finishes athletically. Fastball worked 77-80. Curveball, 1/7 shape, 65-67. Highly athletic prospect.
