Started in a balanced athletic stance with a quick load, then used a controlled small leg kick. Bat speed was flashed quick, had a simple uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. He barreled up multiple balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Solid in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 80 mph; had quick footwork, soft hands, and a clean exchange. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. While catching, his best position velocity throwing to second was registered at 77 mph; has soft hands, quick feet, and a natural transfer. recorded pop times of 2.02-2.11. Some flexibility and clean setup. Showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.68.
