08/25/18- Mills continues to fill out and add strength after having mono. He is all around a solid player. Can play nearly every position on the field, but middle infield is his best. Offensively, the swing is compact and simple. The velocity was a little down at 80-81 mph, but shows feel to pitch and potential for an above average, swing and miss type slider. Definition of a super utility player.
