10/20/18 - Miami recruit, the athletic right-hander has a lot of upside. He has a simple and athletic delivery, with flexibility and a clean arm. The fastball worked mostly 86-87 mph, but there is much more to come. Shows a feel for a slider at 76-78 mph and a changeup at 81 mph that both show above average potential.

10/12/18 - Miami commit. 6-foot-2, 175-pound right-handed pitcher, athletic projectable frame. Pitches with an attitude. Long arm action, clean circular arm swing on the back, gets out front quickly, slot varies between ¾ and high ¾. Strides towards third base, lands square. Fastball showed riding life up in the zone, sink low, 87-89. Slider and curveball worked on separate planes, slider featured more sweep while curveball had downward action, 78-80 and 75-76 mph. Changeup at 83. Threw a high volume of strikes, in his two innings, strikeout one, walked one, and produced four ground balls.

9/27/18 - Miami recruit. Currently stands at 6-foot-2, 180 pounds with an athletic, projectable frame. Quick, clean arm throwing out of the high ¾ slot. In his two innings on the mound he featured a fastball that mostly sat 89-90 mph with life while mixing in a 78-79 mph change up that showed some fade along with a 74-75 mph curveball with shape. Worked with a good pace and stayed in control, hitting his spots. Eskew should see an uptick in velocity as he continues to add to his frame and will be one to watch for the remainder of the fall season and into the spring. Also drove a ball to the right-center field gap for an easy standup double during the game.

10/11/17- Miami commit.  At 6-foot-2, 185 pounds he has a long, lean projectable frame. Throws from a high 3/4 arm action, works clean and easy. There is life on the fastball that worked from 87-89 touching 91 mph. The arm works quickly and gets extended and will make jumps in velocity with strength. Also featured a curveball at 76 mph with depth. An extremely high upside and will be one to follow as a draft prospect in the 2019 class.
