01/13/18- At 5-foot-11, 185 pound he has a stocky frame with strength in the lower half.  A shorter arm action and a somewhat crossfire delivery has some deception for right handed hitters. The fastball worked down in the zone at 75-79 mph on this day and has been up to 82 mph in the past. The curveball has improved as he has thrown it harder at 69-70 mph as well as taking a little off of the changeup, having some fading action at 70-71 mph.
12/03/16- The 5-foot-11, 175-pound RHP/OF threw from mostly the stretch. He has a slightly cross-fire delivery with a short arm action with a fastball that ranged from 78-80 mph. He also showed an average slider that ranged from 66-67 and a firm changeup at 75-76 mph. Offensively, the right handed hitter has an arm bar load, but still manages to stay level through the zone. He tends to pull off and had an exit velocity of 84 mph. From the outfield, he showed average actions and a good arm topping out at 84 mph.
6/22/16- 5-foot-11, 170 pounder with a loose, quick arm at a ¾ arm slot. Finishes across his body which can generate some movement on his pitches and tailing action away from right-handed hitters. Fastball sat 79-81 mph with run while mixing in a curveball that was a ¾ breaker that had some more velocity on it compared to previous events which gave it some tighter spin. Change up had similar fastball arm speed that sat 70-71 mph.
12/12/15- 5-foot-11, 170 pound right hander with a loose quick arm at a ¾ arm slot. Hides ball in back. Lands across the body. Crossfire type delivery. Tough angle against right handed hitters. Release point was a bit inconsistent out front.  Fastball was 78-80 mph with armside run and glove side cut action. Curveball was a ¾ breaker with tight rotation and was a bit more crisp with more depth at 66-67 mph. Breaking ball continues to improve. Changeup had good arm speed with the same fastball life at 69-71 mph. Threw strikes. Good young arm.
Offensively he has a short, quick swing and a flat swing plane through the zone. He hits hard line drives to all fields and the ball comes off the bat well for his age.
11/7/15- 5-foot-11, 170 pounds with a young athletic, projectable and strong frame. Bat speed and arm strength are improving with added strength. He has a short, quick swing and the ball is starting to jump off his bat. He ran 7.69 and his tools will continue to improve with strength and maturity.
Loose quick arm at a ¾ arm slot. Hides ball in back. Lands across the body. Crossfire type delivery. Tough angle against right handed hitters. Head occasionally comes off target. Fastball was 78-80 mph with armside run and glove side cut action. Curveball was a ¾ breaker with tight rotation at 66-67 mph. Starting to show a bit more depth. Threw strikes. Good young arm.
9/19/15 - 5-foot-11, 165 pound RHP/OF with a young athletic projectable body and a good frame. Back has some width. Short in back with a ¾ arm slot. Hides ball. Lands across the body. Ball jumps out of his hand. Fast ball has late tail action at 78-80 mph. The curve ball has tight ¾ rotation at 70-71 mph. The change up has good arm speed and is starting to develop some feel at 67-68 mph. Very young guy with a loose live projectable arm. Velocity will begin to jump with physical maturity
8/5/15 - 5-foot-11, 165 pound right hander with a strong athletic young body. High ¾ arm slot with a short arm arc in back. He takes ball out of hip with his elbow. Lands across his body. Head needs to stay on target longer. Fast ball has arm side tail action at 77-78 mph and occasionally misses up and in to right handed hitters. Has some arm speed with some effort. Curve ball has slurvey break to it at 66-68 mph. He occasionally gets around it but it has potential. Change up is 71-72 mph. It is a work in progress but should improve with reps.
