10/15/17- Florida State recruit. Offensively, has an unorthodox setup with his hands set in front of his face and loads hem on the pitcher. When he is on time, the hands work well and shows a short, level path. Had a line drive single up the middle during gameplay. Ran a 4.27 home to first time. On the mound, throw from a crossfire, 3/4 slot and worked 85-85 touching 87 mph. Struggled with command, but also showed 68-71 mph curveball and a 73 mph changeup. Athletic with some upside and should be tough on left handed hitters on the mound.
10/08/16- FSU commit. The 6-foot-1, 185 pound LHP/OF is very athletic. Although he shows a little bit of inconsistent front side, leading to some fastball command issues, he was still very impressive. The arm is extremely quick with a fastball ranging from 83-85 mph topping out at 87 mph. There is some effort, but the arm really work and is aggressive attacking with the fastball. As he continues to log innings, he is athletic enough to where the inconsistencies will become more consistent which will lead to a big jump and more consistent high end stuff.
12/14/14 Lean loose live athletic young projectable body. 2 way guy that excels both on the mound and in the outfield. As a LHP he had a drop and drive delivery with a loose quick arm. FB was 80-81 mph. CV was 63-64 with down break and good rotation. CHG was 72-73 with good arm speed. Very projectable arm.
In the outfield he showed good actions with very good arm strength. Can play any OF position. Had a loose quick bat with a very good approach. Had a good path with good power for a young guy. Will grow into a lot more power. Bat will become very good with added strength. Very projectable young guy. Ran a 6.85, 60.
